The text fields of the Create job -function have been renewed. The App guides you to fill in the relevant information for the employee in its own fields instead of one open text field.
Clicking the job title shows you a list of recently created jobs and once selected, it will automatically fill in content to the fields. If you want to open similar positions again, there is no need to start from scratch.
As a result, you can easily create a job with a clear structure and all the necessary information.
With this change, we aim to speed up the hiring process even more. The employees get all the information they need about the job in an easy-to-read format. They are able to make a decision more quickly and choose the work shift that suits them.
