Treamer’s field trainer model has expanded, and now the dedicated Site Manager model extends to Punamusta Coloro. Lisa now serves as Treamer’s operational shift coordinator. The model has been further developed from a pure field trainer role into a broader position. However, the goal remains the same as in the field trainer model: to respond to the customer’s rapidly changing workforce needs by bringing continuity, quality, and operational support directly to the heart of production.
At Punamusta Coloro, workforce needs can change within hours, which places particular demands on both workforce availability and management.
The field trainer and Site Manager model doesn’t just address resource needs — it introduces a structure where workforce utilization is continuously developed together with the customer.
From Treamer’s perspective, the operational shift coordinator model tailored for Punamusta Coloro was born from the need to take the partnership to the next level.
Traditional temporary staffing solves individual assignments and shifts — but in a rapidly changing environment, more is needed:
“At Punamusta Coloro, workforce needs change extremely fast. In that kind of day-to-day reality, simply filling shifts and assignments isn’t enough — you need continuous support, development, and an understanding of daily operations. In the Site Manager model, we don’t just bring workers — we bring a person who takes responsibility for the whole picture on-site. That shows directly in workflow efficiency and quality,” says Eveliina, Treamer’s Country Manager for Finland.
Lisa joined Treamer from an airport environment in ground handling, where she spent a long time as a team leader, trainer, and resource coordinator. “My role was heavily focused on people management, combining hands-on operational work with big-picture coordination. I noticed early on that what motivates me most is understanding and developing large-scale operations,” Lisa explains. Her interest in development also led to business studies — and eventually to a role where these strengths can be put to concrete use.
Treamer caught Lisa’s attention particularly through its operating model. “The app and pool-based staffing solution brings flexibility and transparency in a way that clearly sets it apart from traditional models. It’s great to see how quickly the right people get to the right places — and how workers are given more opportunities to influence their own work,” Lisa says.
At Punamusta Coloro, Lisa works as part of daily operations — particularly in the shipping department. “I serve as the link between Treamer and the client company. I support daily production, especially in the shipping departments, and I’m responsible for worker onboarding and guidance,” Lisa explains.
A hands-on approach is central to the role: “It’s important to me that every worker knows what they’re doing and can work confidently from day one. Good onboarding and clear guidance create the foundation for smooth daily operations,” Lisa adds.
The Site Manager role isn’t just about supporting workers — it’s also about making supervisors’ daily work easier. “My goal is to ensure that everything runs smoothly for all parties and that supervisors genuinely get added value in their day-to-day work,” Lisa states.
With the model:
“Often the biggest impact is seen in supervisors’ daily work. When someone takes responsibility for onboarding and managing the big picture, it frees up time for actually leading production,” Eveliina says.
A key part of the Site Manager model is continuous development with the customer. “It’s been wonderful to be involved in developing operations within the client company — not just as external support. Treamer provides an environment where you can put your own ideas into practice and build better solutions together with the customer. That’s exactly what makes this role meaningful to me,” Lisa sums up.
The model being built with Punamusta Coloro is an example of how workforce utilization can be developed with a long-term perspective.
“Our goal isn’t just to solve today’s need, but to build a model that works tomorrow too — and scales with the customer’s business,” Eveliina continues.
Lisa’s arrival is a significant step in expanding the partnership between Treamer and Punamusta Coloro. Together, we’re building a model that makes work flexible, efficient, and motivating — for both workers and employers.
